Notice of Special Members' Meetings for the Friends of Idaho Public Television

Please take notice that Special Meetings for the members of the Friends of Idaho Public Television will be held for the purpose of considering the approval of a Plan of Merger with the Idaho Public Television Foundation, Inc. The resulting organization will be called the Friends of Idaho Public Television, Inc. (working title).

The time and location of each meeting is as follows:

• Friends of Idaho Public Television, KAID/KIPT, Inc., October 18, 2007, 1455 North Orchard Street, Boise, Idaho 83706 at 1:30 p.m.
• Friends of Idaho Public Television, KISU, Inc., October 10, 2007, Building 62, ISU Campus, East Terry at 19th, Pocatello, Idaho 83209 at 5:30 p.m.
• Friends of Idaho Public Television, KUID/KCDT, Inc., October 9, 2007, Radio/TV Center, University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho 83844 at 5:00 p.m.

A summary of the Plan of Merger is as follows: The Friends of Idaho Public Television, KAID/KIPT, Inc., together with the Friends of Idaho Public Television, KISU, Inc., and the Friends of Idaho Public Television, KUID/KCDT, Inc., will merge into the Idaho Public Television Foundation, Inc., and will thereafter not separately exist. The Idaho Public Television Foundation, Inc. will be the surviving corporation, and will be renamed the Friends of Idaho Public Television, Inc. (w.t.) All Friends members will become members of the Friends Idaho Public Television, Inc. (w.t.)

The bylaws of the surviving corporation shall be the bylaws of the Friends of Idaho Public Television, Inc. (w.t.)
