2020 Blue Ribbon Task Force

What should Idaho's government look like in the year 2020? Governor Dirk Kempthorne appointed a Blue Ribbon Commission in 2002 to assess the short and long term needs of the state. Legislators reviewed the task force's initial recommendations.
