Arts in America/Mark Hofflund

The National Endowment for the Arts celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2006. An Idahoan sits on the National Arts Council that helps oversee the NEA's $126 million budget. President George W. Bush appointed Idaho Shakespeare Festival Managing Director Mark Hofflund to a three-year term.
