Author Thomas Cahill on March 28 DIALOGUE

In conjunction with the PBS broadcast of THE STORY OF THE JEWS WITH SIMON SCHAMA, IdahoPTV's DIALOGUE airs Marcia Franklin's interview with author Thomas Cahill. The former director of religious publishing at Doubleday is the author of The Gifts of the Jews: How a Tribe of Desert Nomads Changed the Way Everyone Thinks and Feels.

The book is part of his “Hinges of History” series, which also includes How the Irish Saved Civilization and Desire of the Everlasting Hills: The World Before and After Jesus.
