Dr. Hahn grew up in Michigan. After college, she attended medical school at Michigan State University. She then studied Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, then studied Infectious Diseases at Duke University.
After a 2-year training with the CDC, she became the Idaho state epidemiologist, working mostly on tracking diseases in Idaho and helping to investigate and control disease outbreaks due to E coli, Salmonella, influenza (flu) and other diseases. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, playing with her dogs, and has two kids.
