"First Vote" is a special hour-long edition of "Dialogue," airing at 9 PM on Thursday, October 14th, and repeating at 5 PM on Sunday, October 17th.

During the program, 13 young, first-time voters talk about the upcoming election, the issues that matter to them, and why their peers don’t go to the polls. The program is part of a larger initiative called "By the People."
