Lap Quilting with Georgia Bonesteel  "Nature of Fabric"  Georgia presents an unusual method for leaf pounding on fabric. A Texas quilter demonstrates her airbrushing techniques. [G]

Gary Spetz's Painting Wild Places! with Watercolors  "Learn to Paint The Monument Valley, Part 1"  The colorful and stark rock formations of the majestic Monument Valley. In a step-by-step demonstration, Gary takes the viewer half way through the painting process: from a drawing on watercolor paper through the creation of the painting's base foundation of colors and values. America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Old-Fashioned Snack Cakes"  Oatmeal Cake - Julia Collin Davison reveals the test kitchen's update on the classic oatmeal snack cake - they top moist, fluffy cake with buttery undertones with an icing that features chewy coconut, crunchy nuts and butterscotch-like flavor.Spice Cake - Bridget Lancaster shows host Christopher Kimball the secrets to achieving a moist and substantial spice cake with warm, bold spices that don't overpower and a rich, complementary cream cheese frosting.
