Sunflower is the most popular hotsprings on the river. Everyone stops here, if only to stand under the cascading hot water for a few glorious moments.

There are also some pools above the hot waterfall, allowing a more traditional hot springs experience.

The Middle Fork has several hot springs along its banks, located between Trail Flat camp and Hospital Bar.
