A group of elite solo bagpipers and drummers, 40 in all, decide to form an all-star band to compete in the World Pipe Band Championships in 2008. Soloists seldom have the time to commit to one band on a year-round basis, and this group comes together just in time to have a week of practice before the contest begins. G
