Fifteen years after the ROADSHOW's 1997 visit to the town that is part of the Hackensack River Estuary, experts look at whether treasures floated upstream or down. A circa 1900 folk art ship model bought at a yard sale in 1996 was valued up to $7,000, but has been steadily sinking to $500 or less. But a gaming table appraised up to $300,000 might sell now for as much as $600,000. G
