Kashmir - The province of Kashmir has been the trigger for three wars between India and Pakistan since the British partition that created Pakistan in 1947. Now there may be a new threat to the relative peace in Kashmir. As Fred de Sam Lazaro reports, India has announced plans to build new dams to produce hydroelectric power for its fast-growing economy, but those rivers also irrigate the breadbasket of Pakistan, where some warn that damming the rivers could be devastating to farmers.
