Now there may be a new threat to the relative peace in Kashmir. As Fred de Sam Lazaro reports, India has announced plans to build new dams to produce hydroelectric power for its fast-growing economy, but those rivers also irrigate the breadbasket of Pakistan, where some warn that damming the rivers could be devastating to farmers.
