Join us and you'll take a grand tour through the history of money from the days of bartering, through the first coins and currency, all the way to the electronic transfers of today. Watch as the Biz Kids put on cowboy boots and get a crash course in the art of negotiation and exchange at a high-energy cattle auction in Colorado. D

The Electric Company  "Spooky Summer Soiree"  For the yearly Spooky Summer Soiree costume party, The Electric Company decides to dress up as animals dressed as monsters. Jessica and Marcus don't have their costumes yet, and Annie Scrambler, with the help of Gilda, has bought all of the costumes at the discount costume store. Marcus and Jessica hit the neighborhood sidewalk sales to find what they need while staying within their budget. D

Cyberchase  "A Perfect Fit"  The monster Gigabyte returns! The bad guys bring Gigabyte to a remote, Mayan-style pyramid on cybersite Jimaya. The CyberSquad must work their way past a variety of obstacles, and block the rays of the sun before it can energize the metal monster and cause chaos!. D

Lidia's Italy In America  "California: Pesto Pronto!"  On her trip to the Golden State, Lidia meets with Brady Whitlow, president of Corto Olive, to talk about their methods of producing Italian-style olive oil in California. Next, Lidia visits one of the longest-standing wine making families in Sonoma County, the Seghesio family, at their vineyards. Joe joins Lidia in the kitchen to give his take on how to use pesto in two easy recipes: Pesto Salmon BLT and Pesto Chicken Salad. D

Architect Sally DeGan and Tom use a 3-D model to preview the plan for aging in place, and work begins. D

Chef Folse joins Buddy Bailey and Lucien "Troop" Perkins at the annual Boucherie as they create andouille sausage, a Cajun delicacy. D
