The original Phantom and Christine, Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman, make guest appearances. Other illustrious past Phantoms, including Peter Joback and Colm Wilkinson, join forces for a powerful rendition of "Music of the Night."G

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Baja Beach House Cooking"  Rick introduces viewers to some of Los Cabos top chefs and their restaurants then cooks dinner for them at a luxurious beach house. Margarita Carrillo, chef/owner of Don Emiliano Restaurant in San Jose del Cabo, joins Rick to purchase the local cabrillo fish and to visit Tamarindo's Farm for organically grown produce. Rick makes a tamarind chile sauce to go with his fish and eggplant course. D

Tommy Makem's Ireland   Acclaimed Irish folksinger Tommy Makem transports viewers on an armchair tour of his favorite places in Ireland in TOMMY MAKEM'S IRELAND. These eclectic and engaging programs, taped on location, travel throughout Makem's native land - from its craggy northern shores to the historic capital. Makem, one of Ireland's favorite sons, visits pubs, churches, castles and cliffs from Dublin and Connemarra to Belfast and the Dingle Peninsula. D

Theater Talk  "The Lyrics of Oscar Hammerstein"  Ted Chapin, President and Executive Director of The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization is joined by librettist and lyricist Michael Korie to discuss the legacy of Oscar Hammerstein. The show includes musical performances of Rodgers & Hammerstein compositions by actors Liz Callaway and Andrew Samonsky. D
