The Desert Speaks  "The People of Peru's Cloud Forest"  Beginning in Cajamarca, host David Yetman, geologist Dick Yetman and South American archaeological expert Axel Nielsen head out into the colorful city streets in pursuit of authentic and very distinctive South American hats that are almost as tall as they are wide. This quest takes them past local merchant stalls and through Calle de Cuyes, or guinea pig alley, where locals can purchase skinned and fully dressed guinea pigs to eat.G

Taste of History  "Nothing Grows On Exuma"  After the Revolutionary War, British Loyalists, who were no longer welcome in America, packed up their belongings, including their slaves, and sailed to Exuma, an island in the Bahamas. Their enterprise failed, and plantation owners returned to England, abandoning their slaves. The descendants of these slaves have kept their ancestors' rich culture alive on the island. D

Simply Ming  "Grilling with Andy Husbands"  Grilling is as American as Apple Pie and on this week's episode of Simply Ming, Chef Ming Tsai joins forces with the ultimate master of grilling, author and Boston-based chef - Andy Husbands. Ming and Andy will share their secrets for grilling as they cook on the fly using mystery ingredients and some zesty spices from Ming's pantry. Dinosaur Train  "Valley of the Stygimolochs/Tiny Loves Fish"  Valley of the Stygimolochs - Buddy wonders if he'll grow horns when he gets older, so Mrs. Pteranodon takes him to visit some dinosaurs called Stygimoloch, who have really impressive horns. Tiny Loves Fish - After Mr. Pteranodon teaches the kids his fishing method, Buddy and Tiny work together as a team to catch fish in the Big Pond. D

Peg + Cat  "The Three Bears Problem/The Giant Problem"  The Three Bears Problem - Fairytale Land. Peg and Cat bring the Three Bears, the Three Little Pigs, and the Three Billy Goats Gruff together to form a super group: "The Electric Eleven." Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Appetizers for Dinner"  It's Super Bowl time, and for the big game try appetizers - simple foods you can eat with your hands. Sara's got Chorizo Chicken Wings with a secret ingredient - guys will love 'em! Asian-Style Pork Sliders combine juicy pork with the cool crunch of fresh veggies. Beer Batter Shrimp is super crispy yet light and marries well with a zesty Asian dipping sauce. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Germany's Romantic Rhine and Rothenburg"  Cruising the Rhine River, we dodge riverboat traffic and the legendary siren, Lorelei. After climbing castles and descending into dungeons, we relax with Rhine wine. We tour Burg Eltz-a lived-in castle where the noble lady still puts out fresh flowers. D
