In this episode, Marja and Jean-Georges eat street food all over the peninsula, including silkworm larvae, hoddeok, sweet pancakes filled with peanuts and sugar, and Dragon's Beard, a candy made of stretched honey and nuts. At home, Marja makes her version of bindaddeok, her signature take on this simple pancake made of freshly ground mung beans shallow-fried until browned and crisp. D

In this episode, Edgar explores the history of Jamaican music, from its African roots to the cusp of the reggae revolution. Edgar heads to the jungle for an entrancing kumina drumming session with the Akwaaba Drummers, that reveals the African underpinning of the island's music. Edgar is joined by Reggae Sunsplash founder Ronnie Burke on a journey across the island to Negril to meet Gilzene and the Blue Light Mento Band, who set up in a picturesque beachside setting to play some classic Jamaican mento. Fossil Fred - Buddy, Tiny and Don play "detective" and search around the Big Pond for fossils. The kids end up finding an entire skeleton of a Jurassic dinosaur. D

Luckily Cat's friend Mabel is a spider who knows all about weaving - maybe she can help them!G

Join the search in Buena Vista, Sonora for the descendants of Opata palm weavers and explore the tradition of native palm weaving that has survived through the centuries. D
