Crafting at the Spotted Canary  "Things That Are Green"  Time for a little trash to treasure. Create fairytale castles, gift containers and storage all from recycled materials. The first project features a collection of recycled boxes, stickers, and papers to create a fairy tale castle that any little girl would love. D

Crafting at the Spotted Canary  "Things for Kids"  Kids' projects are some of the most fun but crafting along with kids starts them on a lifetime of enjoyment. The first project includes fun and funky rings. Next, guest expert Catherine Matthews-Scanlon shows how to make a memory game using punches, stamps and markers. D

Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence  "Argentina Remembered"  Craving the bold flavors she tasted in Argentina, Joanne shows her student Leigh how to give grilled skirt steak a boost with a fresh and zesty chimichurri sauce. And potatoes get the double treatment of roasting and grilling becoming twice as flavorful. Recipes: Gazpacho Salad, Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri, Roasted and Grilled Potatoes. D

Barbecue University with Steven Raichlen  "Texas and Oklahoma"  Raichlen presents drunken steak, smoke-lahoma brisket, bourbon and apricot spit-roasted ham and grilled sweet potato pie.G

Sauteed ribeye steak for Steak Diane, New York strip steak with crushed pepper (Steak au Poivre), sauteed chicken steak with persiallade, a classic Chateaubriand (for two, or more), les pieces de resistance: two grand All-American Hamburgers, each stacked high with Julia and Jacquess' respective favorite garnishes and condiments.
