Fire Below Us: Remembering Mount St. Helens   As part of the 30th anniversary of the eruption of Mount St. Helens, photographer Michael Lienau tells his story of survival and personal perspectives after living through an eruption a few days after the main blast. Lienau, then 20, was part of a film crew capturing the first ground-level shots of the devastation's aftermath. Crew members narrowly escape death themselves and are missing for three days after the eruption.G
