Taste of History  "Jamaica - The Market Basket"  In this very special episode, Chef Walter takes us to Jamaica - the market basket of Colonial America. Chef Walter prepares classic Jamaican dishes, such as Mannish Water (made from goat's head), Akee and Saltfish, Curried Goat, and Festival - a cornmeal fritter. We also learn about pirates and are serenaded by a Mento band. D

Chef's Life  "Have Yourself Some Moonshine"  Vivian visits Broad Slab Distillery, where they talk about the art and soul of white lightning. The restaurant's mixologist works moonshine into several new drinks, while the restaurant staff struggles through the holiday party season. They end the season with a party of their own at Ben and Vivian's new house, with AppleJack Moonshine cocktails making a guest appearance. D

Austin City Limits  "Esperanza Spalding"  The jazz/soul singer/bassist performs selections from her album Radio Music Society.G

Dinosaur Train  "Dinosaur Camouflage/Family Scavenger Hunt"  Dinosaur Camouflage - Buddy and Tiny meet a shy dinosaur, Leslie Lesothosaurus, who is very good at hiding. The kids end up persuading Leslie to stop hiding, and come out to play with them. Scavenger Hunt - The Pteranodon family travels to the Big Pond for a Scavenger Hunt. D

Peg + Cat  "The Mega Mall Problem/The Cleopatra Problem"  The Mega Mall Problem - The Mega Mall. Peg and Cat search the enormous Mega Mall for the teens so they can all enter the Zebra Guy dance contest. Primary Content: Attributes of objects; Secondary Content: Maps. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Flight of the Penguin/Let's Go Fly A Kite"  Flight of the Penguin - Sally and Nick are pretending to fly in their backyard. Oh wouldn't it be great if they really could? The Cat in the Hat brings them to meet his good friend Percy the penguin. After a fun race with a penguin and a bird, the kids learn that not all birds fly, but that doesn't mean they aren't fast! Let's Go Fly a Kite - Sally, Nick and the Cat are trying to fly a kite, but there's not enough wind. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Vienna"  Rick tiptoes through the palace of Maria Theresa and is dazzled by the Hapsburg crown jewels. He picnics on the Danube, nibbles strudel in an old world cafe, reviews slinky Art Nouveau, and waltzes in three-quarter time to music by Johann Strauss.G
