Andreas cooks parsley root cream with smoked salmon, and follows it with fricassee of hen, and finally, roast goat. Andreas explains how to make these traditional dishes with modern substitutes. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "French Sweets, Refined and Rustic"  Man on the Street John "Doc" Willoughby heads to the Mast Brothers Chocolate Factory in Brooklyn to learn all about the art of chocolate making. Next, test cook Bridget Lancaster shows host Christopher Kimball how to make perfect Chocolate Truffles at home. Then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of cocoa powder. D

Dinosaur Train  "The Earthquake/Nursery Car"  Mom takes the kids on a playdate with Tank Triceratops to the desert, where they meet a distant relative of Tank's, an early Ceratopsian named Penelope Protoceratops. The Conductor points out that Penelope lives in a part of the world that gets a lot of earthquakes, and sure enough, the kids experience their first quake with Penelope. Mom and the Conductor have prepared the kids with excellent advice about what to do in an earthquake, so everyone does fine. D

Peg + Cat  "The Three Bears Problem/The Giant Problem"  The Three Bears Problem - Fairytale Land. Peg and Cat bring the Three Bears, the Three Little Pigs, and the Three Billy Goats Gruff together to form a super group: "The Electric Eleven." Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "The Surprising Bean/Hear Here"  The Surprising Bean - Nick keeps trying to surprise Sally, but he just can't do it! The Cat takes them to find a real surprise in the Skippylarito Fields! Once there, Cat shows them a special bean - that suddenly moves! With a shrunken Thingamajigger, they go inside the bean and meet the moth larvae that lives there. They learn that it's really the moth that causes the bean to move. What a neat surprise indeed! Hear Here - The kids hear chirping but can't find where it's coming from. D

WordGirl  "Wordbot/Mount Rush Here"  WORDBOT - In order to get back at WordGirl for destroying his robots, Tobey builds a robot replica of WordGirl named WordBot. When WordBot gets jealous and turns against Tobey, WordGirl and Tobey are forced to team-up in order to defeat WordBot. Vocabulary Words: Devoted, Backfire. D

Outdoor Idaho  "Summit Idaho"  Cameras capture four groups of mountain climbers who reach the summits of four Idaho mountain peaks - Vienna Peak in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, Gilmore Peak in the Lemhi Mountain Range, He Devil in the Seven Devils Mountains, and the Scotchman Peak in Scotchman Peaks of the Panhandle. The steep assents in winter and summer culminate in magnificent views of four different Idaho terrains.G

Yellowstone: Land to Life   Filmmaker John Grabowska presents a lyrical interpretation of the geologic story of Yellowstone. Formation of glaciers, mountain ranges and the gigantic caldera of a supervolcano provide a sweeping saga. A short concluding film "Yellowstone's Cascade Corner" features the portion of the national park that lies in Idaho and is filmed and produced by Idaho Public Television.G

Infinity Hall Live  "Tim Reynolds & Tr3"  Tim Reynolds & TR3 bring killer guitar riffs and rock and roll funk to the hallowed walls of Infinity Hall. Reynolds, best known for his collaborations with the Dave Matthews Band, is widely regarded as underrated master, highly skilled at guitar, bass, piano, sitar, mandolin, violin and various instruments of ethnic percussion. Amazing audiences all over the world for more than 35 years, Reynolds has perfected a unique performance style that he brings to this extraordinary INFINITY HALL LIVE set. D
