Landscape contractor Roger Cook finds a few surprises in the yard, plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey uses an eye-opening energy audit to demonstrate the need for efficiency upgrades, and general contractor Tom Silva brings in a deconstruction expert to remove all of the old and unneeded house parts. Teamsters explore part of the Oregon Trail with wagons and mules, and trail riders head into the Selkirk Mountains.G

Undamming The Elwha   The KCTS9/EarthFix documentary tells the story of the Elhwa River, once dammed, now set free, following the determination that two 100-year-old dams were failing. The film includes historical photos and footage as well as interviews with those involved in the construction, operation and removal of the lower dam, the largest dam ever to be removed in the United States. Some of the footage used in the film is supplied by IdahoPTV and EarthFix Idaho reporter Aaron Kunz.G
