America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Indian Classics Made Easy"  Man on the Street John "Doc" Willoughby learns about Indian cuisine from Chef Floyd Cardoz. Then, test cook Becky Hays teaches host Christopher Kimball how to make two classic Indian recipes: Indian Flatbread and Indian-Style Spinach with Fresh Cheese. And finally, equipment expert Adam Ried reveals his top pick for juicers in the Equipment Corner, and gadget guru Lisa McManus reviews some of her favorite kitchen gadgets. D

Dinosaur Train  "Erma Eoraptor/Under The Volcano"  Erma Eoraptor - Buddy, Tiny, and Mrs. Pteranodon go on an expedition to find Erma Eoraptor, a member of the first species of dinosaur that ever lived. They venture off the beaten paths in the Triassic to find Erma, and then bring her back for a ride on the Dinosaur Train! Under the Volcano - Tiny, Buddy, and Mr. Pteranodon take the Dinosaur Train to Volcano Valley to see the local volcano. The sight is so spectacular, they go back for the rest of the family only to discover they've already gone to see the volcano! The merry mix-up concludes as the whole family meets up to marvel at the sight of Mt. D

Twitch and her bunnies teach Nick and Sally how to stop, look and listen for danger. D

Outdoor Idaho  "Backroad Adventures"  There's something mighty fine about a dirt road. And if you're willing to get off the pavement, Idaho's back roads will take you to some hidden gems. The Owyhee Uplands National Backcountry Byway, in southwestern Idaho; the Magruder Corridor, between two northern Idaho wilderness areas; and the Lolo Motorway, that follows portions of both the Nez Perce and Lewis & Clark trails -- if you can endure the bumps, these roads will provide the adventure!G

Dialogue  "Remembering The Holocaust"  Host Marcia Franklin talks with Marion Blumenthal Lazan, who works to educate people about Nazi Germany's Holocaust and her experiences as a survivor. She is the co-author of a young adult book about her experiences called Four Perfect Pebbles and the subject of the documentary Marion's Triumph: Surviving History's Nightmare. Lazan was imprisoned for more than six years in four camps, including the Bergen-Belsen camp, where Anne Frank died.G

Infinity Hall Live  "Open Wings Broken Strings"  The Open Wings Broken Strings tour pulls into Infinity Hall with Ed Kowalczyk, Emerson Hart and Leigh Nash, all performing individual acoustic sets. Ed Kowalczyk, most famous as the singer/songwriter of the multi-million album-selling alternative rock band Live, performs an unplugged set of his former group's hit singles such as "I Alone" as well as his newer solo work. He is also responsible for creating the Open Wings Broken Strings Tour. D
