Paint This with Jerry Yarnell  "Heaven On Earth, Part 4"  In this segment, Jerry shows his students how to use a very loose scumbling technique to paint in the leaves of the two large trees with a special emphasis on the use of good negative space to create good form. He then brightens the highlights of the stream, background area, and middle and foreground grasses. D

Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence  "Asia Express"  Joanne embraces teaching traditional recipes and then showing new ways to use them. She and her student Reggie make mayonnaise and create an Asian inspired meal of tuna burgers with wasabi mayonnaise and Thai cabbage and grapefruit slaw, leaving Reggie wondering if he will ever buy mayonnaise again. Recipes: Grilled Yellowtail Tuna Burgers with Wasabi Mayonnaise and Thai Cabbage and Grapefruit Slaw. D
