General Requirements
for advertising in the Idaho Channels guide

Idaho Public Television accepts camera-ready advertising art in the following formats:

Camera-ready black and white hard copy output on laser paper or photo-reproduced stat paper. View ad dimension options

Computer disk submittals in QuarkExpress 4.0 or higher, Adobe InDesign 3.0 or higher; EPS files from Adobe Photoshop, MacroMedia FreeHand, Adobe Illustrator; and PDFs with output resolution of 300 dpi. (Please include all fonts and linked images.)

Email transmissions with an attached EPS or PDF document. (Please call with specific information before sending.) Half-tones must be 85-line screen and ads must be built to the specifications noted in the following diagrams. Advertisements can be designed and produced by the Idaho Public Television design staff at the advertiser's expense. Please submit material at least seven weeks prior to date of publication.

Deadlines
Advertising space must be reserved six weeks prior to the first day of the month of publication.
Finished ads must be received by the first day of the month prior to the month of publication.
Note: Ads not properly sized will be resized at the advertiser's expense.

Advertising Policy
All advertisements are subject to the Publisher's acceptance. The Publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel, for any reason at any time, any advertising that, in the sole opinion of the Publisher, does not conform to the editorial or graphic standards of the publication.

Contract Rates
6 months — 10% discount
12 months — 20% discount
