It's Sunday, and Pati is up early in the kitchen as the rest of the family sleeps in. She's hard at work creating a full, three-course menu of some of her family's preferred Mexican breakfast dishes to enjoy 'round the table on a lazy morning. The team forages today, first for seaweed off Bodega Bay, then redwood bark for the cocktail. For their meal, they prepare steamed halibut and bone marrow and aged cheddar cheese with crudite. D

Next, Ming dishes up a crispy whole black sea bass. D

Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Ivy Stark / Dos Caminos"  A veteran of NYC kitchens for well over two decades, Chef Ivy Stark is a talent working under the radar. She runs the sprawling operations of the various Dos Caminos spots here and in Las Vegas. Though known for their volume, under her stewardship they do a remarkable amount of quality work from scratch.G

Equitrekking  "Great American Ranches"  Equitrekking takes a look at how geography and history of ranches in Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Alberta, Texas, Maui and the Big Island influence their present workings. Interviewing ranch owners and cowboys who have chosen to hold fast to their traditions and Western culture, Darley learns about running a ranch, while also seeing some of the beautiful wild terrain. D
