New Scandinavian Cooking  "Many Flavors of Lamb"  Andreas travels through the Southwestern part of Norway and Rogaland during the annual sheep gathering. Andreas cooks beer-braised lamb shanks with sweet onions, pepper-fried lamb liver, a 'one-pot wonder' of lamb with rutabaga and mustard seeds, and finally, he puts a scientific twist on a traditional Sunday roast. Live from the Artists Den  "The Wallflowers"  It has been seven years since their last album, but the Wallflowers are back in full force for a performance before 600 invited guests at Bimbo's 365 Club, a San Francisco institution for more than 80 years. Frontman Jakob Dylan leads the group through an 18-song set, featuring new songs from their recently released album Glad All Over, and classics such as "One Headlight" and "6th Avenue Heartache."G

Sesame Street  "Me Am What Me Am"  A very hungry Cookie Monster is waiting for Chris to finish baking cookies, but it's hard for him to wait! Chris offers Cookie Monster carrots to eat in the meantime, and he gobbles them all up. All of a sudden Mario Lopez, a reporter for EXTRA Sesame Street, appears and announces on his show that Cookie Monster is now the Veggie Monster! Cookie Monster, panicked, explains that even though he does love to eat healthy carrots, he is not the Veggie Monster. But everyone insists on calling him the Veggie Monster anyway. D

Dinosaur Train  "King Cryolophosaurus/Buddy The Tracker"  King Cryolophosaurus - Buddy, Tiny, Don and Mom meet a reclusive, singing dinosaur named King who has a big swooping crest on his head and a voice that sounds an awful lot like Elvis Presley. Buddy the Tracker - Buddy and Don are "footprint detectives" as they track and find creatures they know at the Big Pond. The plot thickens when they discover fossilized tracks that are millions of years old!. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Seasons - Spring and Summer/Seasons - Fall and Winter"  Seasons - Spring and Summer - For Show and Tell at school, Nick and Sally must bring something from their favourite season. But how can they choose which is their favourite? The Cat in the Hat takes them to the magical Garden of Seasons, where they can visit any season they like, any time they like! They meet three young animals and journey with them as they begin to grow up. Sally decides that she has two favourite seasons, and with the pictures taken from the Snaparama camera, she now has a scrapbook of pictures to show why! Seasons - Fall and Winter - It's Nick's turn to choose a favourite season. D

Dialogue  "Coming to My Senses"  Idaho native Alyssa Harad tells how she became obsessed with perfume and its powers and wrote her book Coming to My Senses. Now a resident of Texas, she and host Marcia Franklin discuss what she learned and experienced while learning and experimenting with perfume.G

Bluegrass Underground  "Jim Lauderdale"  Equal parts Rhinestone Cowboy and Borscht Belt comic, two-time Grammy-winning singer/songwriter/guitarist Jim Lauderdale's talents dance across the worlds of country (writing hits for George Jones and George Strait), rock (writing with Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter), Americana and bluegrass (with icon Ralph Stanley). Featuring Randy Kohrs on tenor vocals/dobro and the Steeldrivers' Richard Bailey on banjo, the Jim Lauderdale Bluegrass Band is unique and an absolute must-see performance. D

In this episode, Edgar experiences the power of the movement first hand at the Reggae Sumfest and Fully Loaded festivals.
