Dialogue  "Naomi Shihab Nye"  The Palestinian-American poet, essayist, novelist and teacher talks with host Marcia Franklin. In her writing, she is inspired by her experiences as an Arab-American, as well as the richness and diversity of people and places she has encountered in the U.S. and abroad.G

America ReFramed  "Chisholm '72- Unbought & Unbossed 1"  In 1968, Shirley Chisholm becomes the first black woman elected to Congress. In 1972, she becomes the first black woman to run for President. Shunned by the political establishment, she's supported by a motley crew of blacks, feminists and young voters. D

Your Vote 2012: The Latino Vote   With Field-reporting from Colorado the program will examine the national debate on immigration through the Colorado experience. Colorado's Latino population is the 8th-largest in the nation, with nearly half a million eligible Latino voters.
