Dinosaur Train  "The Burrowers/Shiny's Sea Shells"  The Burrowers - The Pteranodon family rides the Dinosaur Train to meet a family of amazing, burrowing dinosaurs that live in holes and put on a "Cirque de Soleil" kind of acrobatic show every evening! Shiny's Sea Shells - Shiny, with help from Buddy, Tiny and Don, looks for the shiniest sea shells she can find, but ends up making a new friend named Henry, a hermit crab who lives in his own shell on the beach at the Big Pond. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Maps/Termite Towers"  Maps - Nick and Sally are pretending to be pirates. The Cat takes them on a real pirate adventure by following a treasure map! They use landmarks to find their way to a real pirate treasure: parchment paper and ink pens to make their own pirate maps! Termite Towers - Sally and Nick just can't seem to keep their block tower from toppling over. The Cat in the Hat takes them to meet some expert tower builders: the termites! After shrinking down to bug-size, they learn from Terry termite how to build a tower that won't wiggle and wobble. D

WordGirl  "The Masked Meat Marauder/Sandwich World"  The Masked Meat Marauder - While the Botsfords and the Mings go head to head in a charity car wash, the Butcher battles his new rival--the Masked Meat Marauder. Can this town handle two meat-flinging villains or will WordGirl have to send one of them packing? Sandwich World - Chuck is fed up with living at home in his mom's basement. So he builds an evil lair, Sandwich World! Will WordGirl and Captain Huggy Face escape Chuck's crazy sandwich theme park? And will Chuck be strong enough to avoid getting homesick?. D

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Mediterranean Baja"  The Baja California peninsula boasts a climate reminiscent of those on the Mediterranean Sea. Thousands of olive trees and vineyards in Northern Baja capture the distinctiveness of this region of Mexico. We explore the amazing grilled octopus at Tres Virgenes in La Paz and enjoy mesquite-grilled lamb with 9-chile mole sauce. D

Wild!  "Cry of the Wolves"  The river Jordan runs in deep valleys through this mountainous landscape, providing shelter for a variety of animals that in turn feed the wolves. We follow the story of one particular pair of wolves as they meet and start a family, the beginnings of a new pack. D

Nature  "What Plants Talk About"  Hard-core science is integrated with a light-hearted look at how plants behave. From the heights of the Great Basin Desert to the lush coastal rainforests on the west coast of Canada, J.C. Cahill leads a journey into the "secret world of plants," revealing that they eavesdrop on each other, talk to their allies, call in insect mercenaries and nurture their young. This is a world where plants are a lot less passive and more intelligent than generally believed.G

Earthflight, A Nature Special Presentation  "North America"  Producer John Downer and his team show the world on the wings of birds, beginning with snow geese. A tiny camera on the back of a trained bird allows viewers to join snow geese flying over New York Harbor. The team also used spycams, a radio-controlled drone, and put cameramen on paragliders piloted by biologists. Their methods allow viewers to fly under the Golden Gate Bridge with pelicans and sail on air currents with golden eagles.G

Orangutan Diary   After months of planning, a handful of rescued orangutans are flying to freedom. On board are Mama Abut and her baby, found starving in an oil palm plantation but nursed back to health at the Centre, which is home to 600 rescued orangutans babies in the nursery needing 24-hour care, orphans in Forest School learning the skills they will need in the wild, and older ones almost ready for release. After a terrifying fall at the Centre, Sumanto fights for his life, while deep in the jungle the rescue team has to think fast when a powerful male decides he would rather not be rescued. D
